Open Source DataTurbine Initiative team participated in PRAGMA-14 workshop held on 11-12 March at National Museum of Natural Science, Taiwan. A live demo titled “Practical Uses of Dataturbine in ECO-Research and Flood Mitigation Projects” showing real-time coral reef monitoring using DataTurbine was conducted at this meeting.

Following PRAGMA workshop, Open Source DataTurbine members also participated in The CREON Integration meeting (Coral Reef Environmental Observatory Network) at National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium, Kenting. During the CREON meeting use DataTurbine as a common platform for integrating data from various CREON sites starting with sites in Moorea and Kenting, Taiwan was discussed.
