MATLAB code for image handling

I've just added to Subversion a couple of new matlab routines to read and write (sink and source, respectively) JPEGs to and from DataTurbine. The code is known-buggy work-in-progress, but I wanted to commit so that others can try it out.

The issue I'm solving is this: DataTurbine deals in int8 bytestreams, and the MATLAB image processing routines refuse to accept such. (There are also issues with how timestamps are handled, MIME typing and metadata; those are still in progress.) In the end, Peter and I had to use temporary files to convert between int8 and image, using the cross-platform 'tempfile' routine. It's not pretty, and may be slow for continuous processing.

The next step is (pending debugging and validation) to try continuous processing and see how it scales. For example, can we do motion detection in real time? How about classification? At that point you're looking at a distributed system that can scale by fronting Matlab onto a cluster, very cool indeed.

A set of windows web hosting

A set of windows web hosting postulates is provided for specifying the ways in which preferences need to be made precise and fit coldfusion 7 hosting together if illogical forms of behavior are to be avoided. We show that the rational choice for transmission at truncation time t is to select bit streams which have the maximum expected increase in utility per coding bit asp net hosting, where ``rational'' must be understood in the sense that it cannot lead the transmission system into forms of behavioral inconsistency video web hosting. This method is then used within a progressive transmission scheme to produce a new compression method called rational embedded wavelet image coding (REWIC).
